Make sure you clean and maintain rain downpipes and roof gutters. Check your drains are running smoothly by lifting the drain covers. Fallen leaves or garden materials can fall into the drains and block them.

Hi there. The two most common reasons for this found in my experience are: 1. Your vacuum breakers could be faulty and not allowing air through. 2. There may be no “anti-syphon loop” installed. Hope this helps

why would a geyser still drain even thow all your valves are shut off?
