Next question from them over the phone is “what is this caused by”? This could be caused by a number of plumbing problems. Reason being that besides wasting electricity if the water temperature is set to high, it also poses a great danger. The thermostat (see previous posts) is the electrical component that is used to adjust, set and regulate the water temperature. Kwikot’s Thermostat can be set up to 70 degrees. If you have a toddler in the house I recommend taking this down even further just to play it safe. Do not allow your little one near the bath unattended.
